“The hotel looks much bigger and more luxurious on line than in does in reality. The staff were lovely and helpful but our room was small and when we arrived the mini fidge wasnt working. The mini fridge supplied was the smallest mini fridge I had ever seen and not big enough for our needs. The wifi in our room was really weak so we needed to use our hotspot to get on line. The chair in the room looked wonky and was uncomfortable to sit on. Our room was situated above the kitchen and there is a large extractor type pipe running down the outside wall so we were subjected tothis horrible loud humming type noise when the kitchen was in opertion.”
