“I was really impressed with this hotel! Very clean, modern and great service. They upgraded me to a large suite and even brought me a birthday dessert to my room. Not necessary but a very nice extra touch!”

“Close to my event.”
Worth knowing: The staff( a lady wear no uniform dressed in pink head to toes)couldn’t find my reservation with my confirmation number,ID and confirmation emails and membership app open to them and argued with me tried to dismiss me . It took over 30 minutes for her to find my reservation. Instead of apologizing she still tried to argue with me.

“The service and attention by Staff was more than worthy of the five stars I have it in the review. My experience began by working with Christina who picked up my phone call when I was trying to get a last-minute reservation to attend a conference. She was able to get me a room that worked out perfectly. Rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, towels are plentiful and my room was quiet: perfect for the tired traveler! Every request from the front desk was met with a cheerful, customer service oriented response. The conference I was attending was at the large conference center, which is a quick walk from the hotel. I highly recommend The Renaissance. Staff at every level seem to be well trained, to provide high-level attention to their customers.”
