“I’m in my early 50’s. Missed having a front desk and human interaction. Modern clean safe place. A little noisy plumbing and steeet noise. Did not like entering a code to enter building, elevator etc. A lot of hassle vs traditional cards at hotel. Friendly staff on App and chat was good. ”

“The area isn’t the best a lot of homeless people wandering day and night, however no one bothered us. I walked alone day and night with zero issue. For a non smoking complex there was a lot of marijuana smoking taking place in the complex. Beds were good building was quiet. Received the codes and everything thru email or the app. Building was clean. There was sonder staff at the building everyday if you needed to ask questions, as well as email or communication via the app. Pool area had a smell of natural gas near the fire table, someone should probably have a look at. Way better than staying in a hotel. Great stay would recommend and would definitely stay again ”
