This was our second stay at the Five Points, and once again, it was the perfect choice for our Disneyland trip! The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the park, and our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. What really made our experience stand out was Aiden C. at check-in. He greeted us with such warmth and was incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start. Exceptional customer service like his truly makes a difference! I sincerely hope Aiden is there to welcome us on our future visits. We’ve had wonderful experiences both times we’ve stayed here and will definitely be back!
