“La déco mignonne, les produits cosmétiques”
Worth knowing: Le personnel pas affable, les prix excessifs pour tout. On a payé 1000$ la nuit par chambre, la porte de le salle de bains ne ferme pas correctement. Ils prétendent vous offrir des cookies et comptent le nombre de pièces par personne. On avait un check out à 11h ils ont commencé à faire notre chambre à 10h30 alors qu'on avait signalé ne pas déranger. Ils nous ont facturé 13$/ bouteille d'eau!!! Pas d'armoire pour ranger les habits à ce prix;!!

“Rooms were just delightful and such a stunning backdrop”
Worth knowing: Staff were very disinterested with no real service at all tbh. The Champagne breakfast wasn’t really “offered” and multiple moments at reception had no service offered at all. Very self serve which really let the whole experience down.

“We absolutely loved the complimentary breakfast with champagne mimosas, the parking was great snd the location amazing. Everyone we met working there was very nice!”
Worth knowing: The price was high during to the Monterey car week but it fell on our anniversary so its not their fault.

“Great breakfast! The room was nicely decorated, however for the size of the room, the decor made the room seem smaller”
Worth knowing: The mattress was too soft, and 1 side had a dip. Also, the only ventilation is the window that is adjacent to the walkway, so it didn't feel safe to keep the window open at night.
