Worth knowing: A bit rundown overall, very small rooms, basically a bed and some narrow space to move around it. Everything very basic.
Too small for our liking a beautiful property the decorating was beautiful it just the furniture and stuff was dirty

Worth knowing: I don’t like the bed facing the window. It should be against the wall facing the TV. The patio outside the furniture was all dirty. The rooms were small and it was hard to get in the shower with the door swinging in. No storage For clothes not enough amenities for guest there were no blankets on the bed, just a sheet there wasn’t a regular coffee pot. I didn’t know how to use the one that was in there. No coffee

“It was a cozy room in a small hotel across the street from the beach. The 4-post bed was large and comfortable, the layout was unique with the bed in the center of the room. The property at a lot of character and vintage California charm. The patio was enjoyable, as were the comfortable lounge chairs on the grass. The room had unique lighting and was furnished with a couple of snacks and waters. The evening staff was very good. She was very accommodating and responsive. The the gardener, Ricardo was also very friendly and helpful.”
Worth knowing: Our reservation included an early check in but they weren't ready for us to check in until nearly 4:00. The patio was a little noisy from the street, however we didn't hear the street noise in our room when the door was closed. The glass fencing around the property helped. The morning attendents we're hard to find. It seemed hard to get help. The guy at the breakfast counter kept disappearing into the back room, even just to get a spoon or ice. They quickly ran out of food for the continental breakfast the first day and had nothing but coffee and tea the next day.

“Checked in early so appreciate the accommodation. The location is great if you want easy access to the beach. The grounds are really pretty with lots of flowers and fire pits aglow at night. It has Spanish decor. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. Parking is also included. We also enjoyed the patio with our room- it helped balance the small room. There is coffee and pastry served in the morning.”
Worth knowing: It’s a motel like property so understand that. The room was very well air conditioned. Almost too cold. Our lights flickered so might be a short. Security entered our room late at night unannounced. They were attempting to help an adjacent guest that lost their key and they entered the wrong room. This could have ended badly. The bed takes up a lot of the room so there is minimal room to move around.
