“My family including our toddler came to the Westin Monache for a week vacation. The hotel is well situated in the village and clean, rooms very spacious and comfortable, and the amenities (pool, restaurant) quite good. Unfortunately, the rest of my family got sick and we had to cut our trip short. As we were pulling out of the driveway to head home, we discovered a flat tire. Tanner, one of the bellmen, was incredibly gracious and helped us unload our car and change the tire for a spare, while Willow, one of the concierges, called around the area to a number of mechanics and located the only one open and available (in Bishop 45 min away) to change the tires. Plus, because we left early, the Westin did not charge us for additional nights. Tanner, Willow, and the entire Westin Monache team were so helpful during a particularly stressful time, and we made it home safely the next day. While we were sad to cut our time short we will absolutely return to Mammoth in the near future and stay at the Westin.”

“This hotel is amazing. The area is stunning and there is lots to do here. The scenery at this hotel is perfect. The pool was fantastic and the rooms were brilliant.”

“Brian (Front Desk) and Kasey (Concierge) provided the best welcoming experience I have ever had at any hotel I have stayed in anywhere around the world. We felt that both Brian and Kasey truly made us feel very special and they both should be recognized as being truly exemplary for what they do. A very special thank you both.
