“The staff went out of their way to be helpful, polite and friendly.”
Worth knowing: Considering this is a Hilton hotel and is meant to be a prestigious brand, small things let it down. For example, a cup on the floor outside the room opposite was left there for the full 4 days we were there. Even after numerous members of staff passed it on their duties. There was nowhere to hang anything to dry (wet towels, swimming things after being in the pool etc).

“I booked 2 rooms for one night and just wanted to share that Ronman at the front desk made our stay a very pleasant. He was very friendly, professional and attentive to all our needs. By the way the coffee shop across the street was great as well. We had breakfast there, which I highly recommending as an option. the service was impeccable and the food was great!”
