“Resort atmosphere”
Worth knowing: Bed not comfortable, view from room poor, room not vacuumed prior to my arrival, restaurant menu very limited.
Comfortable, friendly, and clean, I’ll certainly be back.

“The staff and facilities were exceptional - I felt very welcomed and informed of the events happening during my stay and what facilities were available. They also communicate through text message when g makes it easy to reach out.”
Worth knowing: The property is pretty vast so getting from my room to the lobby was a short walk and it’s easy to get disoriented.
The staff is the reason we’d stay again.

“My fiancé stayed here while visiting friends and let me tell you, the staff here are incredible! Gabe, Simone and Marco were so friendly, hospitable, and a blast to talk to! The food was delicious and the bed was so comfy!”
Worth knowing: The room was nice but for the price it was a bit disappointing.

“Amazing amazing amazing. I always love the Flamingo and it was perfect as expected. The food is fantastic and the drinks are great - plus a beautiful view looking out over the pool up the mountains. Service is fantastic - Leo was great and attentive and funny and made our night even better. 100/10 service.”
