Sleepless

Worth knowing: Light kept turning in by itself. Night 1: I was able to sleep at 2 AM after they came and disconnected the light. (Tech was busy fixing the elevator that didn’t work either) Night 2: Supposedly the light had been fixed, it wasn’t. Was able to sleep at 12 after they came and disconnected the light again. Night 3: Light was disconnected though the clicking continued + an added bonus of disconnecting the night light just in case. Woke up at 3, went to the bathroom blind, on my way back to the bed, I kicked the base of the bed with my shin, just a little blood, not too much. Couldn’t get back to sleep. I was there for work (CEDIA EXPO), I’d stayed at your hotel the 2 previous years. Think this was my last. 3 in rested nights. Terrible.
Amazing hotel. Top notch.

“Nice and comfortable hotel. Excellent service and food. We were comfortable in our hotel room. The Thompson is in a good location to walk to all the sites and it is also right next to the free 16th Street shuttle.”
TV Issue

“In my experience with this class of hotel, boutique properties consistently have a technician available to troubleshoot TV and Wi-Fi issues for guests. I was surprised to be told I would need to wait until the next morning for someone to address the casting issue on my TV. To make matters worse, no one ever arrived to fix it, and I checked out the following morning with the issue completely unresolved.”
