“The beach view was amazing. The rooms were very disappointing especially for the rates we paid. After we checked out there were additional fees of $200 on top of the almost 900 for 2 days we stayed. We had to ask to change our booked room to 3 rooms with no discounts and even tipped the lady at the desk because we just wanted a room that didnt smell of mold. We did get a nice room eventually but still no room adjustments from the so called suites we downgraded from. The pools and hot tub were great. ”

“Hotel is beautiful and very clean and up to date . Unfortunately, when we went to our room one bed was not made and we had to change rooms. The next room was ocean view but smaller and no extra seating. No extra accommodation given or discount for inconveniences. ”
