“The beach was just a short walk away, and there was also a pool on the way to the beach, which the kids really enjoyed. The beach had many shallow areas, so we felt comfortable and safe letting the kids play in the water. My husband accidentally left his very important and treasured watch in the safe, and we were extremely worried. Thankfully, the housekeeping staff found it and properly turned it in to Lost and Found. The hotel kindly arranged to have it shipped to us, and we were able to receive it safely. We are truly grateful for their honesty and kindness. Thank you so much!”
Worth knowing: We paid extra to reserve a room that was advertised as being just a 3-minute walk from the beach. However, when we arrived, the front desk assigned us a room that was about 2.4 km from the beach. We immediately explained that we had reserved a different room, and thankfully, they corrected the mistake and moved us to the room we had booked. We appreciated that they resolved the issue, but it was still disappointing and stressful to experience this at check-in, especially after paying extra for the beach-access location.
