    “They made sure we were happy. Front desk explained everything. WiFi use and kid game room. They had trash bags, laundry, Kleenex anything we needed they accommodated. Stores were within walking distance. They had shuttle ready that took us to three different beaches on the island.”

    “I always prefer to resolve issues directly. Unfortunately after multiple ignored emails & phone calls over the past month I was left no other option but to share my experience. I called IHG to add 2 more nights cash to my 3 night HGVC point reservation. The gentleman that helped me assured I would be in the same room as my HGVC Reservation. Was not the case. We were dismissed and there was no compensation offered. My family & I were put into a 3 bdrm 2 bath suite 1667sqft. for 2 nights & then had to switch to a 3 bdrm 3 bath 1900sqft.for 3 nights. Having to repack and move was an inconvenience & disruption to our trip. We have visited Sunset Cove for 7yrs. now and absolutely love it. This hiccup came from the IHG reservation dept. My issue could not be resolved so all I was requesting was my rate be adjusted to reflect the lesser category for the 2 nights. This has been the worse customer service I have encountered. Also disappointed that Sunset Cove failed to exercise reasonable care in resolving the issue. Beware of booking with IHG there is no customer service person to contact! THEY JUST DON'T CARE!”

    “This was our 4th time here and we had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful, it has a very nice patio area that looks over one of the many canals on Marco Island. The pool was a tad cloudy and on the warm side, which I'm sure is because of the high temps outside and people coming back from the beach. Linda and Brooke at the front desk were excellent! They always had a smile, very friendly, helpful, offered great suggestions, and genuine. Thanks for making our vacation wonderful! There are plenty of restaurants to walk to on the Esplanade with lots of happy hour specials.”
