    “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 — AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Listen, when I tell you I had an AMAZING time at this hotel, I mean it! This was my first time staying here, and I can honestly say I will DEFINITELY be returning! The experience was a 10 out of 10 from beginning to end. Let’s start with the cleanliness. This hotel is EXTREMELY clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff is absolutely AMAZING and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The food? 10/10! Everything was wonderful, and the customer service was top-tier. I love that they have a place where you can leave your luggage before check-in, so you don’t have to drag your bags around while waiting for your room. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was having to wait until 2 PM to check in, but hey, that’s life! The location is PERFECT! You’re right in the middle of everything. There’s a 24-hour CVS, several restaurants within walking distance, and you’re not far from the cruise port, water excursions, and other attractions. You really couldn’t ask for a better location! The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The beds are so comfortable, and let me tell you, THE SHOWER IS MY FAVORITE! I also love the adjustable lighting and the automatic blinds that go up and down. It’s the little details that make the experience even better! The pool is AMAZING, the views are BEAUTIFUL, and the bars are GREAT! I also appreciate the complimentary water. Downstairs, they have computers and a lounge area, and upstairs, there are additional spaces where you can relax, watch TV, and charge your phone. They really thought about making guests comfortable! I do wish they offered room service, but I understand that every hotel operates differently. That was a minor thing compared to all the wonderful things this hotel has to offer. THE LOCATION, THE CLEANLINESS, THE STAFF, THE FOOD, THE AMENITIES — EVERYTHING WAS ON POINT!”
