“The pool and view was beautiful!!”
Worth knowing: Extremely disappointing stay — photos show the condition of the property Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and did not meet the basic standards I would expect from a rental property. The property had mold, and the sheets provided were dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned or changed. We were so uncomfortable that we had to go out and purchase our own sheets. The towels were also visibly dirty and unacceptable for guest use. There were several maintenance problems during our stay. The kitchen sink was broken, and the toilet in the master bedroom was not working properly. These issues should have been taken care of before guests arrived. I contacted the property to report everything and was told that someone would contact me. Unfortunately, I never received a call, follow-up, or any attempt to resolve the problems. I have photos documenting the condition of the property, including the cleanliness issues and maintenance problems. This was not simply a matter of personal preference—the property was not properly cleaned or maintained when we arrived. For what we paid, I expected a clean, sanitary, and properly functioning place to stay. Instead, we had to spend additional money just to have clean bedding, while several issues we reported were completely ignored. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to other guests unless these issues are properly addressed.
