“I had an outstanding stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The room was spotless thanks to Niurka (the housekeeper), spacious, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch with a luxurious lobby. We have been visiting this hotel for years and it never fails. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!”

“I’m a fourth generation Floridian, and a lot of my family is from Jacksonville. I think the Inn is probably great for people from the frozen north who don’t know any better. If you are from Florida, you wouldn’t stay here in a million years. The golf courses, which are their main assets, are absolutely horrible. The room we just stayed in was barely acceptable. For example, the hot and cold water faucets in the bathroom were switched. You were trying to get warm water, but you got cold. They have high intensity lighting on the balcony at night which comes on when it gets dark and then illuminates your room like it is broad daylight at night. We have come for a corporate event for the last three years, but thankfully I will never have to go back.”
