“Great for small kids plus big kids too. Excellent service. All rooms 2nd, 3rd, 4th floor outstanding. First floor has covered patio and outside shower. Also fenced in so nice with small kids.”

“Highly recommend! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt genuinely cared for. Every single person we encountered made us feel like we mattered. The front desk staff, valet, housekeeping, pool staff, and restaurant staff were all exceptional. They remembered our names, greeted us with smiles every time they saw us, remembered our breakfast order each morning, and were constantly asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay even better. That level of hospitality is so rare these days, and it did not go unnoticed. There was a mix-up with our room when we arrived that truly came from a very thoughtful place. The way the staff handled it spoke volumes about this hotel. They went so far above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience that we left even more impressed than if nothing had happened at all. Their kindness, generosity, and genuine desire to make things right were unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our fourth-floor view was absolutely breathtaking, the beach is just steps away, and having a quiet pool to relax at was such a treat compared to the club pool. We also loved the little touches that made the stay feel so special, like the fresh cookies delivered to our room each evening, the complimentary treat rooms on every floor with snacks, desserts, drinks, and unlimited bottled water, and the delicious food throughout our stay. This was our first wedding anniversary trip, and thanks to this incredible team, it became a trip we’ll always remember. We’ve already decided this is where we want to celebrate for years to come, and we fully plan on making this an annual—if not twice-a-year—tradition. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed, so valued, and so at home. We truly can’t wait to come back.”
