“Location, room cleanliness and complimentary snacks while we waited to check in.”
Worth knowing: Largest complaint is that at check in we had to wait an hour to check in because there was a line of 7 people in front of us. Yes it took an hour to check in 7 groups. If you get a room here be ready to wait at check in and don’t make plans for shortly after check in like we did. Overall location did not feel safe at night but fine during the day and building felt very safe on the inside. Rooms come with one roll of toilet paper and you will need to ask for more at the front desk.

Worth knowing: Had to keep asking for washcloths and towels and the showers were small I had to bend down to wash my head I'm 6' tall

Worth knowing: At 230AM the smoke detector had a low battery and started beeping every 2 min. I called guest services who came up and proceeded to say he is sorry but there is nothing he can do. My family had to endure hours of a smoke detector going off. On the website I purchased the room it seemed as though I was including parking, breakfast and stay however I had to pay $40 for parking. The breakfast was $19.99 per person for a very basic spread which was not prepared at the time it was suppose too. The breakfast was served in a room with a leak dripping onto tables. However the girl making breakfast was very nice and accommodating. Donna at guest services was very helpful and provided some discount off my stay because the manager was busy. However I would have preferred more since I paid to sleep and we did not. The location is great but the room was out dated and dingy. The bathroom was not clean. The beds were not comfortable.

“Breakfast was good.”
Worth knowing: Rooms were dank. Our shower didn’t work, had to get another room to take a shower. The parking lot was open and unmonitored. There were hookers outside the hotel during our breakfast and finally the coup de gras a large pile of human excitement in the garden!
