Worth knowing: Spouse lost her Primary ID. Had secondary ID with all the necessary requirements including photo and was a registered guest at the hotel, but was denied access to Casino. Couldn't get in even to use restaurants in casino area, the one we could access was closed, and we couldn't get room service at time of night. Since we had attended a concert in town, we ended up not having access to food at the hotel. We believe this is something that could have been handled a lot differently, since my spouse had a valid picture ID that wasn't a Drivers License, but was a CPL license, with all the pertinent information that should have been needed to safely enter the Casino. This inability to access the Casino made it impossible to hang out with the other couple we traveled with. I feel the hotel staff should have been able to assess the situation and accept the alternate ID, but no effort was made. I regret to say, but this will definitely affect my choice of whether to stay at this hotel in the future or not.
