A perfect stay in the heart of downtown KC!

“The Ambassador was a wonderful place for us to stay while we were in town for a concert! The hotel is stunningly decorated throughout and is very clean. Our room was spacious and had everything we could need. We slept so well in our big, comfy bed! We also liked that the hotel is very quiet. We were not disturbed by noise at any point. The American Reserve restaurant is also a great spot for eating and relaxing. We will definitely be back!”

“This hotel is a tale of 2 buildings. All the pictures you see only show the newer south building. However, a lot of the non-suite rooms are in the much older, poorly maintained north building. Definitely not up to the standard expected of a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel. Service was also very lacking with them saying all the right things, but rarely following through.”

“I wanted to visit Lonnie's Reno Club on a recommendation from Nick with PMC from the Hilton. I used valet and was helped by Kyle, the hotel is on a busy street and valet made it easier to get my car with all the traffic in the area.”
