“Loved the ambiance and decor. The bed was very comfortable- I haven’t slept that well in a long time!Also, good location, convenient to streetcar stop and airport bus.”
Worth knowing: The staff was polite and professional, but needs more training about local transportation information (aside from Uber).
It is a beautiful hotel and we love the location. I am not sure if we will come back to this hotel

“We like the location and the beautiful hotel.”
Worth knowing: Our room 905 A/C was not working properly. It was 79 and then 80 in the morning we left. We prefer our room cool to at least 72. The coffee pot did not work so I could not make my morning coffee.

“atmosphere”
Worth knowing: The hotel needs renovation. Well, for starters, everyone else got checked in at 3:00, but they kept me waiting until 4:00... I was willing to pay extra for early check-in—what is with this stubbornness? There is construction work next to the hotels, but the hotels aren't to blame for that. The pillows are terrible; now my neck hurts, and I’m going to see a chiropractor.
