“The entire staff were extremely professional, courteous and friendly.”
Worth knowing: There was nothing that we didn't like, although if the car park was more secure, it would be an added plus.

“Our check-in was handled by the GM, Megan Salisbury. She was helpful, giving us suggestions about the Westport neighborhood. Our room was clean and comfortable. And it was quiet, with a view outside. The morning crew in the restaurant was friendly and the food was good! Check out daily specials. We will be returning.”
Wanted to experience some local jazz music but was a little further away then expected

“Very nice hotel in Kansas City. Staff is very helpful and friendly- they are very knowledgeable of the area. There was plenty of parking for me and it was well lit. I really appreciated that there was also a security guard patrolling the parking lot. My room was everything I have come to expect from a Hilton property. Clean comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and a great nights rest. Thank you Hotel Westport Staff for having me!”
