“Very beautiful and historic hotel convenient to downtown, train, and old town. Any renovation or maintenance that was done clearly respected the original layouts and designs. The lobby and elevators were beautifully restored. Great nooks for eating and socializing. Beautiful and nice smelling fountain. There are modern touches upstairs and in the rooms but they are well designed. Generous sized rooms. Restaurants and bars were excellent and they sold local items in the market.”
