“The location”
Worth knowing: Service was very bad, especially at the bar. Food was bad. Bad. Bad. Spa services / staff was just ok. Trays and tables were never picked up. Spa was broken , pool area not clean. Complained to manager / staff - no one ever got back to me as promised.
Beautiful Architecture & Peaceful Gardens

“The architecture was really special, with beautiful natural textures and a wonderful combination of wood and iron throughout the property. The gardens were very well maintained, and I loved that every room seemed to have its own private garden view, which made the stay feel peaceful and secluded. The bed was also one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in during this trip.”
Worth knowing: The use of disposable cups was disappointing, especially in a hotel of this standard. There was also a noticeable lack of proper glassware, both in the room and at reception. Providing real glasses and cups would make the experience feel much more refined and environmentally conscious.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful - especially valet. Grounds were large and peaceful to wander. Would be a great venue for a destination wedding.”
