Worth knowing: The hotel had several buildings I had purposely booked the building that was once a bank. During the booking process, I was told there was free parking. I just needed to let the property know once I informed the property I was in need of parking. My reservations were changed to a different location. I would have liked to know that beforehand one of the reasons why I booked this hotel was because I want to stay in the hotel that was once a bank
We loved the hotel but the person checking us in was totally unable to problem solve & get our luggage the 2-3 block

“We loved the restaurant. And we loved having the carriage house to store our bikes.”
Worth knowing: We didn’t like having to roll our bags 2-3 blocks to our hotel.

“Comfy bed, nice size room, good location.”
Worth knowing: We were supposed to have coffee in the common area each day. First day there were no cups and no cream or milk for the coffee. Second day no cups again. I had to walk over to main building four blocks away for my morning coffee. At that price they should provide coffee. Also our TV service went out the first night and never came back. I told the front desk but both in was done to fix it. They could have at least offered some compensation.
