“Awful customer service at this hotel. Staff at the reception has no clue what they are doing. Due to a fault from their side, my personal card was charged for expenses that should have been put on my company card. I never authorized this payment: resulted in me having to block my credit card. Was also charged twice for lobby bar bill. Staff and hotel management is negligent, does not respond to calls of emails. Reached out to manager Jezlin countless of times without response. Through Bonvoy I was promised hotel management would reach out, but they never did. AWFUL experience, I do NOT recommend. Do not leave your card info on file here, they will charge without your authorization.”

“Location is good, but rooms are outdated (especially the suite bathroom). The MLounge breakfast is subpar, as was the restaurant breakfast, but the service was good overall.”

“After five hours of sitting on a plane , my flight was cancelled. I did an online reservation and arrived at the hotel at one am. My co worker and I were exhausted and Lillian at the front desk was the one bright spot in our travel nightmare . She was so kind and offered us bottled water . She explained where the club breakfast was located and showed us the newly remodeled lobby and dining areas . The hotel is very beautiful and my room was very nice . Again , a big thank you to Lillian and I would definitely stay here again!”
