“Hotel is great. Comfort room and clean bathroom. The front desk was accommodating and welcoming.”
Worth knowing: When we were in the room, it was 802, in front of elevator. Housekeeping entering a room without knocking is a severe breach of protocol in the hospitality industry. I shouted and housekeeping left without saying sorry. we have to be careful if in the room, make sure the door latch is locked.

“I booked our Cleveland hotel at the Hotel Cleveland from July 30th until August 1st, 2026. This, Hotel Cleveland is a “Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel Property” and is one of the first: Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel Properties that I have stayed in quite a few years. Everything was great as far as the arrival to the hotel. The on-street porters were gratuitous and very helpful. Unfortunately, we had a very long delay at the Marriott Elite Check in Desk, but finally we were taken to our room which was an upgraded to a suite. My grandson and I were both very happy with this suite as it was both functional and large at the same time. I must admit that the suites bathroom was probably the largest bathroom that I had ever encountered at any Marriott property! The bathroom was all in white marble and had a walk-in shower that could of fit twelve people! We had a lovely view of downtown Cleveland from all the suites windows. I must admit that we both enjoyed this hotel as one of the best for our short American Holiday! We did extend our stay due to some major issues, but Cleveland is a great place to extent ones stay! Our check out process was seamless and expeditious. It was very nice stay, but what we both enjoyed more was the Hotel Cleveland top restaurant called: Mowrey’s. Never the less, the Hotel Cleveland was central to the main attractions to be seen in Cleveland, today!”
