“Estuvo bien el alojamiento.”
Worth knowing: Durante el desayuno hubo desorden en cuanto a la disponibilidad a tiempo porque personas se llevaban los alimentos por mucho y luego lo botaron.
A good place to stay but please confirm with hotel first to avoid last minute hassles

“The location. Indeed, i didn't stay myself but arranged the stay for my about 20 guests. Since the hotel was the venue for my daughter's marriage reception event, hence it was the best place to arrange stay of my guests.”
Worth knowing: The staff messed up some of the guest check-ins, though I personally went to the hotel and gave clear instructions, and also emailed as requested that I will bear all the expenses. Despite this, some of the guests had difficulty checking in. One of the guests was not allowed to check in, though we got the approved guest name changed by booking.com (had a hard copy of the approval), but the hotel said they did not receive any information from booking.com. I don't know whose at fault, but to avoid the embarrassment, I checked her into a new room with extra money. Due to such incidents, I had to shell out extra money to instantly book extra rooms, despite confirmed bookings. I did not have enough time to argue as I have to be at the event and return to my place of work.

“Not much..... The bed was comfy”
Worth knowing: The elevators were broken and the staff elevators we had to use were nasty and smelly. Garbage bags from cleaning staff were left in the hallway overnight. We didn't get the breakfast that we paid for in our package because the front desk argued it wasn't included.....
