Worth knowing: Hair in bed that wasn’t mine and walking to car park in the middle of the night because the advertised valet parking wasn’t there

“The location of the hotel will put you in the heart of Pittsburgh. However I had a bad experience while checking Friday night, the person at the front desk was rude, not helpful at all and had an attitude. Requested to change the room he didn’t even bother looking at the computer to see if he had rooms. Valet services suck, from 10 pm to 3 am Friday we were trying to check in the vehicle. No valet personnel was available, when to the front desk to ask about getting help. The same individual was being rude unhelpful, I asked if he can contact them and he said no. The room looked dirty, the sheets the pillows need be upgraded. Restroom was stain, the floor look dirty.”
