“The staff is pretty friendly”
Worth knowing: When we tried to check in our room wasn't even ready and we weren't allowed to get in our room until 7:00 p.m. that was crazy since we did 13 hours of driving to get there and I had two small children that aren't handling sitting in the car and the lobby very well. Also when we finally did get into our room it hadn't been cleaned properly. We had to have somebody come back up to clean the room. You could see the cleaning spray all over the stove, and the side table on the left bedroom had sticky stuff all over it. It won't let me add the video I took of the sticky table. Unfortunately I don't have a standstill picture of it. But I did show the front desk. Also when booking the room there wasn't anything that said anything about paying for parking. It said there was a parking available, but did not say there was a cost that was a surprise extra cost for two nights.

“Location was perfect for our visit to PNC park.”
Worth knowing: The check in line was long. The makeshift breakfast area was crowded and too warm. The breakfast not great. The room was looking a little rundown. I prefer no carpet in hotel rooms

“Love the bed, location and room size.”
Worth knowing: Room was definitely not cleaned thoroughly. A LOT of dirt and crumbs on the floor under the ledge of the bathroom sink. There was also a lot of hair on the bathroom floor and a piece of trash that wasn't picked up.

“Across fro PNC park. Mini suit has lots of room and nice kitchen”
Worth knowing: Lobby and dining under construction. Difficult to come and go. Breakfast employees seemed to stand around chatting a lot. Bathroom dates and shower faucet dripped.
