“The hotel is good overall, and the location is very convenient. However, I found it a bit dated. Even though we were told it had been renovated, some areas still felt quite old. The coffee machine in the room was very old, and there wasn’t even an outlet nearby to plug it in conveniently. The ceiling also appeared to have some signs of a previous leak, and the bathroom door handle came off in our hands several times during our stay. The hotel was very busy, which may have affected the experience. On our second day, we couldn’t even have breakfast at the hotel because it was so crowded. That said, I also didn’t find the breakfast food or service particularly impressive. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with a good location, but I expected a little more in terms of maintenance and overall experience.”

“My family and I booked a double bed room to catch a baseball game. We traveled five hours and arrived around 4:15. With check in at four, I thought we would have plenty of time to shower and get ready. Our room was not ready and the manager was not very friendly or helpful. She asked if a queen bed would work (mind you there was five of us). We waited in the overcrowded lobby and actually changed there. I will not be staying there again and I do not recommend anyone else either.”
