“El hotel en general estuvo bien”
Worth knowing: Reservamos una habitación con cosina y cuando llegamos nos dieron una regular sin cosina
It was nice for the short stay. I didn’t like the bathroom at all.

“The front desk staff were nice.”
Worth knowing: The shower and bathroom need an update. The housekeeping staff need to do better about cleaning the rooms for the next guest.

“Clean Nice size Big bathroom Comfortable bed”
Worth knowing: Small pool for such a large place One of the staff members was extremely rude while the other girl was extremely helpful. Our 1st night the AC leaked really bad. We got upgraded to a bigger and better room for our 2nd night

“Regular hotel. Nothing specific”
Worth knowing: We arrived at 10pm. The pullout bed was not made, there were no linens. I had to go down to reception and get the linens and put them on myself. No duvet as well. Only got a lousy microfiber for the pullout bed and was cold all night. The next day I asked for another blanket, they gave me a bed cover.
