“The Comfort Suites downtown is a newer hotel conveniently located in the center of town near the convention center. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the hotel is kept very clean. Every day during my stay, I saw cleaning staff not just mopping, but really cleaning the floors in the elevator lobbies. The beds are super comfortable, parking is plentiful and there is a small shop for snacks downstairs as well as a computer and printer. One day, the desk clerk helped me print out my National Park parking pass. I was impressed with the facility and the staff and will definitely stay here again.”

“Clean room new or remodeled hotel”
Worth knowing: All good except that I booked Mountain View room but they didn’t give me that option and gave me another room with bad and awful view!

“Great hotel! Nice accommodating staff”
Worth knowing: Book directly thru the hotel. Don't book thru Bookimg.com. charged my card but never sent the reservation to the hotel. Poor customer service. Was basically told "oops, our bad. Here's your money (3-5 days to credit) and good luck finding another room/hotel "
