“I have stayed at this location once before and had no issues, the room was nice and clean before and the locations was perfect.”
Worth knowing: This time staying at Double Tree was nowhere near at great as my first go round. Everything was fine at check in. Though as I settled into the room, I noticed the bedding had dirt streaks tucked away under the sheets- because housekeeping was gone for the day I knew I would not be able to have them changed. The next day, I hoped the bedding would be changed but housekeeping simply remade the bed with the same dirty linens, again I was not on site to request a change because it was too late for housekeeping. The drains in the bathroom were extremely clogged and I could not use the sink for long without it overflowing. The shower was worse, I had to stop the shower hoping to drain the tub- it took hours and then it did not drain at all. The sink was pouring out BLACK water at one point. And on my last night staying I saw a roach run across the floor and under the cabinets. I had properly thrown away all food prior to this. This was extremely Disgusting and I was surprised that the building would have pests at all. The A/C was not working and honestly smelled of mold, I looked closer at the vents and realized there was dust and mold coating the entire vent.
