“The property location is excellent. The hotel is beautiful. My room is nice. The hotel restaurants are excellent. My problem is with the urine smells in the hallway of the second floor. The dust that is on the floor moldings and the carpets up against the walls. The cleanliness does not match the Grand appearance when you walk into the lobby. ”

“For the entire duration of our 3 night stay, we did not have a working key card to access our room. It was a system problem and multiple guests were impacted. Every time we wanted to enter our room, a staff member had to let us in. The desk and maintenance staff were great to respond quickly to let us in. I know they were dealing with upset guests. Hotel management offered us no compensation at all to make up for this inconvenience or to extend some good will for our patience with the situation. Also, our shower handle wasnt seated properly so we couldn't turn the water on for a shower. ”
