Worth knowing: Noisy, you can hear the footsteps in top of you & when someone using the water, you can hear the water running down the pipe

Worth knowing: Not all rooms have soundproofing Breakfast hours on Sunday end at 9:30 - should be extended to 10:30 or 11 like most other hotels

“We stayed in both the 4 room and 2 room penthouses. Location is excellent - very central in District 1, and both penthouses have a balcony that runs the full length of the hotel. The rooms are ultra modern / very stylish with beautiful bathrooms - its a very high end place with great wifi and great aircon (both important for us). We were also massively impressed with how helpful the staff were - they helped us with many questions before and during our stay, in particular Ms May and Mr Storm (there were others - all were helpful).”
Worth knowing: The 4 room penthouse is advertised for up to 12 people - there were 6 of us - and yet there were only 4 cups, 4 wine glasses, 4 plates - also a beautiful kitchen but without any pans for cooking - also on the balcony (which we wanted to enjoy) there was a small (broken) table and no chairs so we couldnt go out there to sit and enjoy the atmosphere - so its beautiful hotel, fantastic staff, great location - but just needs a little more care over the details to make it truly exceptional. I hope the hotel takes note because the changes required are so small yet they are important (note - the 2 room penthouse does have table and chairs, its the 4 bed one that doesnt)
