A little dated but the room was spacious and comfortable. Restaurant was good. Only drawback was the loud noise from the

“Great sizeable room. Great restaurant.”
Worth knowing: Noise. The trams run alongside the hotel and even though we were on the 19th floor, the noise from the trams was loud enough to disrupt our sleep. They also seem to run most of the night.

“Lovely room and staff were good.”
Worth knowing: Too noisy, and the surrounding area immediately outside the hotel was overrun with drug addicts and homeless. Spoke to the duty manager who admitted it is becoming a problem.
