“Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo subito un furto all’interno della camera. La stanza non si è rivelata sicura e, cosa ancora più grave, il personale dell’hotel non si è dimostrato disponibile né ci ha fornito il necessario supporto e assistenza dopo quanto accaduto. Un’esperienza estremamente negativa che ha compromesso completamente il soggiorno”
Worth knowing: Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni in questa struttura, di cui due praticamente in attesa di presunte indagini e verifiche che l’hotel ci aveva fatto intendere sarebbero state effettuate, ma che non sono mai realmente avvenute. Dopo il furto subito in camera, anziché ricevere supporto concreto e risposte, abbiamo trascorso gran parte del soggiorno nell’incertezza e nell’attesa. Un’esperienza particolarmente spiacevole, soprattutto perché viaggiavamo con due bambini piccoli e non ci siamo mai sentiti al sicuro.

“The location was ideal. Beautiful views Spacious apartment with good layout”
Worth knowing: Poor quality bedlinen and pillows No luggage rack in 2nd bedroom No security safe in 2nd bedroom. Kitchen layout not ideal with regards the coffee maker which was too tall to use without moving it out every time to fill with water and coffee. This was very annoying.
