“The location is quite central - lots of interesting local small eateries off the "tourist" beaten path, which I really enjoy. If you really want the tourist experience, the walk down to the main drag is a quick 5 minutes to Government Street and the harbor. This is an iconic property as well - lots of character. Beds are amazing. Staff members are exceptional. Very accommodating. The bar is also convenient if you want a quick drink and some social time.”
Worth knowing: Would like a more suitable business center while waiting for a room (on the main level) rather than the lower level but this is a historic building and that might be a challenge to add.

“The hotel staff were all so nice and accommodating to my husband and I. Victoria was our last stop on a multi-day bikepacking trip and they made us feel welcome. We loved being able to store our bikes safely and enjoy a hot shower and comfortable room. The location was also great for exploring the city easily.”

“The staff was awesome. They helped us with our e-bikes and were very nice and helpful. I didn't like that my booking was for 352.65 and my receipt was for $485.93. There was some talk about a credit but this should be outlined in my receipt and it doesn't seem to match what i heard was the credit amount.....”
