“It was intolerably hot in the room. The air conditioning was working on heat and it was not possible to change it lower temperature. When I requested help from maintenance the only thing they were able to do is to open the window and promised to resolve the issue next day but nobody did anything, it was the same hot temperature in the room the next day. The staff was completely indifferent to my problem. ”
