“Convenient location despite the great number of aggressive homeless people”
Worth knowing: We weren’t told about the extensive renovations and noise until check-in. The entrance was a mess, there were no peace from 8 to 6!

Worth knowing: I booked with booking.com stating 3 travellers and paid for 3 adults with breakfast $399 plus tax for a standard two double bed room. When I checked in I inform the staff mine includes breakfast then she says I have only paid for 2 breakfast. She asked me to show her the booking. I showed her my email confirmation showing 3 adults, she said that’s not good enough. I didn’t have the time to argue with her since my friend tis visiting from Asia and I just have that few hours to show her around. So this morning when we went for breakfast they charged me for the 3rd person, which I paid additional. This is my last time with Westin Ottawa. Absolutely disappointed!
