“My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence was one of the most wonderful hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment of arrival, I felt a high level of luxury and genuine attention to guest comfort. The welcome was warm and professional, the organization was excellent, and all members of the team were extremely courteous, friendly, and dedicated to providing the best possible experience. The room was outstanding in every way; spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed with every detail carefully considered to ensure comfort and relaxation. The beautiful view of the Nile added a special touch of tranquility and made our stay even more enjoyable. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, and the attention to detail was clearly visible everywhere. The service was truly remarkable; the staff were kind, respectful, always smiling, and very responsive to every request. They made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The breakfast experience was one of the highlights of our visit. There was a wonderful variety of choices, excellent quality of food, elegant presentation, and a beautiful atmosphere that made every morning a pleasure.
