“I can Not say Enough about Palazzo Bezzi Hotel. This little hotel is Amazing! The rooms are BIG and clean and perfect. The Hotel accommodated our family of 5 by putting an extra bed in our room. The rooms were so big…you could hardly even tell that there was another bed in the room. In addition, The Staff was incredible! Friendly, sweet & so Helpful. They helped us book last minute transfers, prepared lovely meals and made us feel like Family. My son left his favorite hat in the back of a transfer van that they had set up for us. At the time, We asked if it'd be possible to try to get it back. It was not b/c we had a cruise to board…However….3 weeks later - back in the USA…I got a WhatsApp message from the hotel that they had found his hat & were Mailing it to me!!! Amazing Customer Service! This hotel is safe, roomy, accommodating, great for kids/families and Adorable! I can not recommend it enough. If you are in the Ravenna area. Thank you Palazzo Bezzi!”
